Beato saw themselves as customer advocates and creators, ‘giving a voice to the emotions of our clients’, as they put it. So we redefined their core purpose around the proposition ‘Because emotions need a voice’– and recreated their brand mark as a personal signature, along with hand drawn sketches of their staff, to underscore their key USP – helping those clients who want to express their appreciation of others, but don’t know how to do it.
